Technologies, Inc. (OTC: UPWT) (Ultra Pure) announced today that the company has
signed a long-term contract with E-Source Equipment, Inc. to market, place and
manage the company's proprietary "Ice Island" system. E-Source Equipment, Inc.
(E-Source) is headquartered in Irving, TX. The "Ice Island" system is
manufactured by ICEX Holdings Ltd., Inc. (ICEX), a wholly owned subsidiary of
Ultra Pure.
E-Source will immediately begin to market the placement of the "Ice Island"
system in the Convenience, Grocery, and Supermarket packaged ice markets in
North America and Mexico. E-Source will be responsible for developing individual
account marketing strategies with compensation to E-Source based on a "success"
model. E-Source will be responsible for the development and implementation of a
"customer service" directive that will address all internal, operational and
field service/parts issues necessary to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. The
E-Source customer service role will function as a single point of contact for
customer support including the management of machine maintenance, alerts, and
providing warehousing for finished goods inventory, ice bags and replacement
parts.
