Daniel LeBlanc, Founder, CEO, President and Director has more than 30 years experience in the operations and sales management of growth intensive companies. Prior to joining Ultra Pure, Mr. LeBlanc was involved in a consulting capacity for several manufacturers involved in the design, manufacture and installation of reverse-osmosis water systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. In 1995, Mr. LeBlanc co-founded Nautica Marine Services, LLC and served as President and managing member until the sale of the company in 1998. He invented and patented a blast rated enclosure to house personal in hazardous areas and was endorsed by EXXON Chemical Company for use in there refineries. Nautica manufactured portable living quarters; sewer plants and seawater reverse osmosis water purification equipment for the marine Petroleum industry. The company grew from an initial three employees at the founding to over 125 employees in 1998. Mr. LeBlanc served as Vice-President of Operations and Sales for Ace Machine and Fabrication from 1986-1994. During his tenure, the company grew from five to 60 employees and became one of the largest and one of the most respected machine shops in the industry. Mr. LeBlanc is a licensed certified electrician, refrigeration technician, certified welder in mig / tig and stick, and machinist. He has received a degree from Louisiana Technical College for all of the above skills. He also has a degree from UL Lafayette for completion of a course in Hydraulic equipment manufacturing and maintenance.

Purchasing Dept. and also dealing with various aspects of Accounting. After having been a paralegal since 1995, Renee joined the UPWT team and has been a valuable asset to our company since 2007. Brad K. Parrish, Sales – Mr. Parrish earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in 1979. Mr. Parrish has held key positions in sales and marketing with companies such as Hussmann, Scotsman, APW/Wyott and Global Equipment Systems. Most recently, he served in the capacity of Vice President of Business and Strategic Development for an ASP provider to the food service industry. His 30 years of experience has covered in detail 3 different market segments. These are the food service industry (QSR/FSR), convenience stores and supermarkets. Mr. Parrish has designed more than 30 restaurants and supermarket bakeries, as well as supplying many of those establishments with their equipment packages. He has extensive knowledge of the convenience store, supermarket and food service chain business. He has helped develop equipment and equipment programs for major food producers such as Nestle, Kraft, Jimmy Dean, Sara Lee and Pillsbury. His client list includes many of the names that are recognized worldwide in the category of food producers, distributors, fast food and full service restaurant chains, convenience stores and supermarkets. Mr. Parrish has spent his entire career within the food service industry, where he has been the recipient of many sales awards for his achievements. He brings a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience to the marketing of food products as it relates to food service equipment. He understands equipment and the vital role it plays with each market segment. He is well known in the industry and has a substantial network of clients and contacts. |
